I most often serve as a math and writing tutor, but I've also worked with ESOL and ESE students and those needing help preparing for standardized tests. Reading, phonics, handwriting, art, elementary math, and ISEE and FCAT 2.0 preparation are areas I can work in. I have a simple teaching philosophy that consists of getting students to love learning so they have fun and don't feel like it is grueling work. I graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Since then, I've been working with elementary school students, helping pre-school kids with social skills and also tutoring young children in math, reading, and writing. I am available to help anyone near my hometown of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. When not working, my favorite things to do include travel, playing sports, and taking the time to be with my family.
